What are the next steps after I contact you?

We schedule an introductory call, or we are happy to rapid fire any answers to your questions via email.

Are introductory calls required?

We accomodate to your preference. If you prefer to ask questions and kick-off our project together all via email, we are happy to! It can be an easier way to communicate details.

What website platforms do you use?

We love Webflow or Wordpress for most non-shop websites, and Shopify or Woocommerce for Ecommerce project's sites.

What if I need something you don't offer?

We actually work with a network of other talented freelancers who we occasionally collaborate with on our custom projects- for things like animations or illustrations. We also have references for services we don't (currently) offer- like copywriting or advertising.

I'm ready to hire you, what's next?

Whoo! Reach out via the form here to get the ball rollin'. After we've worked out your project package or proposal, we'll scoot over a contract to electronically sign, as well as your first invoice to secure your start date. We communicate mainly through email, and you'll be able to track your project progress through our custom client portal for larger web design projects.
